About Diane
I was introduced to Yoga in college during the late 1970s. I have continued my practice and over the years have studied and taught the Iyengar style of yoga to men and women in Denver and the foothills.
I began an in-depth study of Iyengar yoga in 1999 through the Advanced Studies and Teacher Training Program offered through Blue Spruce Yoga in Lakewood. I have continued with that program for the past 9 years and began teaching in 2001. In 2008, I began the formal assessment process for certification in the Iyengar method. Assessment is a rigorous process that requires devotion to study and practice. I successfully completed the first half of Introductory Level assessment in 2008. I continue to study and will complete the next level of assessment in the coming year.
There is no greater gift you can give yourself or the others in your life than to practice yoga. Yoga helps you to feel comfortable in your body and relaxed in your mind. When you are comfortable and relaxed you are able to treat others with care. - Diane Goldstein
Dedication of Appreciation - Diane would like to thank all who have helped her along the path, especially Leslie Bradley of Blue Spruce Yoga, Nancy Stechert of Yoga Tree, Craig Kurtz of Iyengar Yoga Center of Denver, and Debra Ann Robinson of Los Angeles, California.
