I highly recommend Diane from Peaceful Hills Yoga. I see her once a week and it actually makes me look forward to Mondays! Her classes help not only my body, but also my mind. I feel great after each class!

Being able to practice yoga with Diane is something that has really helped start my weeks, allowing me to refocus and be a better person and employee. Not only is it fun and relaxing, but Diane really works with each one individually allowing all skill levels to be challenged and benefit from her class.
