I have been a student of Diane’s since 2007 and do wish I had started yoga much earlier. As time ages my body and mind, it’s increasingly difficult to keep them both flexible. Diane’s gentle yet encouraging teaching style not only helps me manage annoying arthritic pain, but also helps me understand my own mind-body connection through the teachings of Mr. Iyengar. I am the last one who ever believed I could actually do a headstand at 59 years of age!
