Workshops

Once a month we delve deeply into a topic through a workshop. Visiting Iyengar yoga teachers occasionally teach their specialty topics also. Topics can include chanting, pelvic balancing, inversions, depression and anxiety, restoratives, detox and digestion, and opening the heart, just to name a few.

Annual Yoga Retreat

Once a year, I offer a yoga retreat at Joyful Journey Hot Springs near Salida. This is an opportunity for students to get away from their routine responsibilities, relax, and immerse themselves in yoga practice in the midst of the beautiful San Juan Mountains. Enjoy yoga, pranayama, and meditation sessions, plus soak under the sky in the geothermal pools.
